These terms apply to consumer purchases through farmyardborn.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Our products

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs and sizing information.

Colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen. Product mock-ups are illustrative, and minor variations in print or embroidery placement may occur. These variations do not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

3. Placing an order

Please ensure your order details, delivery address and contact information are correct before completing checkout.

Our initial order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance or dispatch, whichever occurs first. A contract is formed at that point.

If we cannot accept an order—for example, because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be authorised—we will let you know and promptly refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment is taken using the payment method selected at checkout, subject to any separate payment schedule clearly offered there.

If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you with the correct price. You can choose whether to proceed or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

5. Pre-orders

Products available for pre-order will be identified on their product pages, with the expected dispatch or delivery timeframe shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, payment is taken when you place a pre-order.

If the expected timeframe changes, we will contact you with an update. You may cancel a standard, non-personalised pre-order before dispatch for a full refund.

Pre-order status does not remove your statutory cancellation rights after delivery.

6. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and expected timeframes are shown before checkout.

Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, such as for a pre-order, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Your statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

We remain responsible for your goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of someone you nominate to receive them, other than the carrier.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For standard online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your goods. You then have another 14 days to return them.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Sale items and products featuring our standard designs retain the same statutory rights, including where printing or embroidery takes place after ordering.

8. Personalised and made-to-measure products

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, including made-to-measure dog coats.
