Changing your mind

For online orders, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Email us to tell us you wish to cancel, including your name and order number where possible. You can also notify us by post.

Item condition

You may try items on and inspect them as you would in a shop. Please return them carefully packaged, with their original tags and packaging where possible.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item’s nature, characteristics and fit, such as wearing or washing it.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind, including returns for a different size or colour. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us so we can arrange the return.

Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your items back or receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for express or upgraded delivery will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like another size, colour or product, please contact us. Exchanges depend on availability. Alternatively, return your item for a refund under this policy and place a new order.

Pre-orders and printed garments

Our standard online cancellation and returns policy also applies to pre-orders, including the fleece collection. You may cancel before dispatch, and the cancellation period after delivery begins when you receive your order.

Items featuring our standard Farm Yard Born designs are not excluded from returns simply because they are printed or embroidered after ordering.

Personalised and made-to-measure items

We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns for genuinely personalised items or products made to your individual measurements, such as made-to-measure dog coats.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us resolve it.

We will arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights. These rights are separate from the change-of-mind return period.
