At Farm Yard Born, we aim to get your order to you safely and keep you informed along the way.

Available delivery destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If delivery is unavailable for your address, please contact us before ordering.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Processing time is separate from the time your parcel spends with the delivery service.

Some products are printed, embroidered or made after you order. Where an item has a longer processing time, this will be shown on its product page.

Pre-order items, including products from our fleece collection, will be clearly identified on the product page.
